Why can't we bring outside food and drinks?

Little Sandpiper cannot accept any liability for any food or drinks brought in from outside. Some children have allergies and they might grab it from the table or floor and put it in their mouth, it can cause a problem and it could be very dangerous. This is all for your children’s safety we hope you understand.

Are we allowed to take videos and pictures?

As long as it’s your children and your party guests, yes you can. If not, we kindly ask you to refrain from taking any pictures or videos within the facility.

Why do we all need to wear socks?

For health and sanitary reasons, we require all customers to wear socks in the Playground. Wearing socks at all times can prevent germs from being spread around.

Is Little Sandpiper responsible for supervising our children, or any injuries that may occur in the Playground?

No, we are not responsible for supervising your children. If they are running around in our Playground they will be asked to slow down for their own safety and for the safety of the toddlers. Children and adults play on the equipment at their own risk.

Can we bring our own children's toys into Little Sandpiper?

Yes, you can bring in your own toys as long as they’re safe, no sharp and dangerous objects, and no small toys that can cause a choking hazard.

Do you offer any classes for children?

Yes, we offer a variety of classes every Monday to Thursday. Please check our events calendar for the classes.

Can I enter the venue with out kids?

Any adult without a child will not be permitted to enter the venue without verification from a guest that is already inside the venue.

Are you open to daily play during birthday parties?

Yes, the play area is always open during our operating hours and is shared with party guests.

How far in advance do I need to confirm the number of guests at my party?

At least 3 days in advance so we can ensure we have the correct amount of supplies dedicated to your party.

Can we bring alcohol to a party?

No alcohol is allowed at Playground at any time, including private parties.

If we need the party room for longer, is that an option?

Yes, it may be possible, subject to availability. Please talk to one of our staff members for more information.

What if there is rough play going on and it makes me and/or my child uncomfortable?

Please alert one of our staff members with your concerns and they will address the situation. Please note that if a customer is not respecting facility rules, they may be asked to leave the premises so that everyone can enjoy a safe and fun environment.

Do you validate parking?

We do not validate parking as Westfield have their own App for members to use to receive extending free parking.
